"Limited" access permission on files and folders

There is a new access permission on sharing a file and folder called "Limited". I've been trying to look for what's the difference between "Limited" and "Viewer" permissions. I can only find documentation about "Manager", "Collaborator", and "Viewer".

  • Hi Alexis,

    Thank you for posting.

To answer your question, this new access permission allows you to assign permissions that will let users view a file but not download it directly from Core or do anything else with it. This particular feature were introduced from the version 16.24.0.

For your reference please see release notes from this forum.

Please let me know if this helps.
